Happy Thursday everyone!
Yesterday, I used the email blast function in the Connect Community for the Illinois State Society, but I was informed that it came back blank. My apologies for that. I tried to resend the email information a few moments ago. If you are a member of ASCLS-IL and didn't receive the email, check your junk/spam folder.
An event with all the information and pertinent links to complete has been created on our website and you should have received an invitation. If you didn't receive it, check your spam/junk folder. The meeting brochure and speaker lineup are also attached to this post for your convenience.
If you plan to attend the meeting, there is a google form to complete as well. The planning committee is trying to get an accurate head count so the google form will help us gauge attendance at the associated events that are happening as well. The associated events include:
- ASCLS-IL Fall Board Meeting on Friday October 13th at 12pm. Lunch will be provided.
- Social Event on Saturday October 14th from 5pm until 7pm.
There is a room block at the ROSE Hotel for Friday and Saturday and ASCLS-IL will be covering 50% of the room cost for meeting registrants. The google form will also ask about your plans to stay in the hotel.
