    Dear esteemed Medical Laboratory Professionals

I am surveying medical laboratory workers as a partial completion for the Doctor of Health Sciences degree at A. T. Still University. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of people's perceptions of Quality Management System (QMS) training during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and we would be grateful if you could take the time to complete a 10-minute anonymous questionnaire.

We want to assure you that all responses will remain confidential, and the researcher will not include any codes that could directly identify you. The results of this research may be published; however, your identity and name will not be disclosed in any research reports or publications. Completing this questionnaire will serve as your consent to participate in this research.

While there are no direct benefits to you for completing this questionnaire, your participation may help improve the understanding of QMS training and inform future training efforts. We appreciate your valuable contribution to this research and thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,

    Thank you for your time,

    DeShannon Hall
