This community is a space for Region VIII laboratory professionals to connect, discuss, and learn from one another across hematology-related disciplines.The goal of the Lab Exchange is to provide a practical, peer-driven forum for:Case discussions and troubleshootingInstrument and method questionsQC challenges and best practicesWorkflow and validation experiencesSharing resources from the benchThis pilot focuses on Hematology, with the original proposal designed to expand into Flow Cytometry and Coagulation as the community grows and engagement increases.This is not a formal educational course—it is a collaborative space where questions, experience, and real-world laboratory insight are encouraged. Participation is open to laboratory professionals across Region VIII, at all career stages.
