Steps to Register and pay online without creating a PayPal account.

1. Register for the conference by clicking on the Spring Conference ad
2. Get to "Payment Options"
3. Select Check Out with PayPal
4. Select Pay with "Debit/Credit Card": 
5. 
6. Continue as a guest and enter your email address
7. 
8. Enter your payment info
9. 
10. At the bottom of the payment info box, after you enter the billing address, toggle the button off (it is asking for you to sign up for a PayPal account)
11. 
12. Click "Continue as Guest" to complete your registration!
