     The Oregon Patient Safety Commission created by legislation in 2003 will hold its 8th Annual Oregon Patient Safety Event on March 15th from 8 am to 11 am.  The topic of the presentation is "Nurturing a Culture of Psychological Safety in Healthcare Organizations.  Its cost, which includes breakfast is $50.  The website contains additional information regarding quality improvement and patient safety from various stakeholders perspective.
