The goal of this webinar is to discuss tools, practices, and strategies to help laboratory trainers increase learner engagement before, during, and after training. Increasing learners’ engagement empowers trainers to increase their capacity to train their laboratory staff. This webinar will also facilitate the exchange of ideas among the ToT community of practice. Participants will have the opportunity to earn P.A.C.E.® credit.
Audience
This webinar is designed for clinical and public health laboratory professionals who train others as a part of their job responsibilities. Some knowledge or prior experience is needed.
The webinar will be hosted on Zoom. Participants will need to have Zoom access.
